Fifo Residence Demo: Questions & Limits

The game reveals twelve independent fair bits in order, indexed 0 to 11. At each step, zero enqueues its current index, and one serves the oldest waiting item if any exist. The score is the sum of elapsed times for served items; unserved items contribute zero.

Three scoring modes are available: raw score (power 1), squared score (power 2), and cubed score (power 3). Each mode has an exact unconditional mean: 10.29248046875, 146.80419921875, and 2574.92626953125 respectively.

The live gross bank quote is calculated as: 0.96 × captured whole stake × conditional mean of the final raw score raised to the selected power / unconditional mean for that power. This quote can rise or fall as more bits are revealed.

You can bank manually at any time while the round is live. Before starting, you must also select an automatic reveal cap of 4, 8, or 12 phases. When the cap is reached, the current value is banked automatically. If the conditional potential drops to zero before the cap, it settles at zero earlier.

Each semantic reveal follows a 650ms interval. Actions use no information about hidden bits, and all unused future bits are averaged exactly.

Each round uses one whole captured stake with no row shares. You preselect the raw-score power (1, 2, or 3) and the automatic reveal cap (4, 8, or 12). Once selected, the stake, power, and cap are locked until settlement.

Manual banking is available immediately. There is no Auto10 queue. Sound remains available even when controls are locked. The game does not require optimal play to achieve the expected gross return of 96% under supported stopping policies, though this is not a guarantee of net profit.

The demo starts with an initial balance of 1000 virtual coins. If the balance falls below 10 while idle, a manual refill sets the balance to exactly 1000. This restoration does not add 1000 to the existing balance or automatically replenish; it sets the eligible idle balance to 1000.

Fractional carry persists across settlement, refill, and reload. Settled balance persists locally, including zero balances. However, reloading an unfinished trace ends the round without refund or resume. The balance is stored in browser localStorage, which does not establish anonymity or exclude other processing.

The expected gross return is 96% under the supported stopping policies. This is an exact mathematical expectation, not a promised session result. Simulation measurements support this but are not the payout law.

The demo uses browser localStorage for the settled balance and fractional carry. This is the only explicitly supplied source-observable storage. The template declares a Google Fonts stylesheet, but actual browser request capture is pending; this does not claim other requests or processing are absent.

The absence of account or payment controls does not prove that no personal data are processed. Clearing cached files may leave local storage. This guide does not promise anonymity, no sale, no profiling, or encryption guarantees.
